• Elected Senator who is known as the Father of the public works and Highways Infrastructure Program Act of 1995, which put order into the disparate public works programs of the government.
• As a Senator he has co-authored several outstanding pieces of national and local legislation such as: the act providing for retirement pay to qualified sector employees in the absence of any retirement plan, the act on the representation of women sector in the Social Security Commission, the act establishing a senior citizens’ day center in cities and municipalities and the act increasing the minimum wage of househelpers.
• Senior Intelligence Officer, Bureau of Customs, 1965-1972.
• He headed the JAB Realty and Development Corporation, the Sea and River Estate and the Southfield Estate.
• He was a multi-awarded actor and producer, who has worked for the advancement of the local motion picture industry.
