25 February	Start of nomination for candidates for congressmen and elective provincial, city and municipal officials
25 March	Last day for filing certificate of candidacy for congressional and local positions
26 March to 9 May	Campaign period for congressmen and other local positions
11 April	Last day to close and seal book of voters
11 May	Election Day
